Once again it's back to Sidney for Thursday, Sept 27 dinner. Again, there will be four courses, again there will be paired wines, again there will be mirth and merriment and groans of gustatory satisfaction all around. Care for a dining adventure in the wilds of Gettysburg? Want to expand your culinary horizons? Well, this may not do it, but it's a great start on some excellent food and company.

I only eat like that now and then...(Okay, a lot of then's and a few nows as well). I also work out ever day and so far, it's a state of stasis.
