Me too.I saw it in the widescreen format when it was first released. It was at a theater in Norfolk Virginia. I was blown away.
I remember the sound of then Honda formula car James Garner was driving. It was the best sounding engine there. At the time, I had never heard of the brand.

Done. The best race movie ever. A couple years ago our local MG club joined with four other car clubs in MI and we rented a movie theater to watch it. Very cool to relive at the theater. I have it on VHS but DVD would be much cooler.
