They were talking consolidations, and I had no idea which side a debit was on.
Come on, Dean, even we engineers know that debits belong on the window side.
They tell a story of a bookkeeper who worked at his job for 40 years. Each morning, before he started he'd open the center desk drawer and look at it. He claimed he had everything you needed to know about accounting/bookkeeping in that drawer.

After he died, his assistant opened the drawer and found only a single piece of paper. Written on that piece of paper was "Debits on the left, Credits on the right".

Please sample the song "Would You Like to Play the Guitar" by Acoustic Guitar Summit on the album "Summit Meeting". I think the particulars are right.

I enjoyed strumming since college. Had nerves damaged in my left hand and couldn't handle six strings anymore. Converted my six string to an 8 string version of a tenor guitar. I has eight strings in four pairs. Chording is like a mandolin. Gotta start the calluses all over.

Thanks for the welcome. I just graduated from California State Long Beach with my degree in Political Science and minor in geography.
Good luck in the job market. Have you got anything lined up? Back here in the east recent graduates are having a tough time finding work. I hope it's better in Cali.
I'm taking my LSAT prep course in a month so I can prepare myself for the LSAT test. Hopefully I earn a good score so I can get into law school. That's the plan so far. I'm still not 100% if I'm truly prepared for Law School but I know once I get in that I'll be able to make it work for me.
