Enjoyed our day very much. We had some folks here tonight, and one of the guys brought me a birthday cake. Chinese pastry. Very tasty! Looks like I need to buy a "Y" for the happy! It was! A light cake, with some cream, and fruit in the middle. Not too rich, not too sweet, but very tasty!
