We just finished a great corn beef and cabbage dinner that Donna made and we left room for some partying at the local pub later. Hope your day is a good one.

Yep. Although today hit almost 50° we still have lots of snow piles around.

I made the new england boiled dinner, better known as corned beef and cabbage...
Corned beef, onions, carrots. parsnips, potatoes, cabbage and brussel sprouts.
hmmm so good.
