Default Has anybody heard from Beth?

First off this is a non-political thread please keep it that way!!
Given the tragic events of yesterday in Pittsburgh, has anyone heard from Beth to make sure she's ok?

it truly saddens me that places of worship are no longer tranquil sanctuaries and places of reflection.

I haven't heard from Beth. I wonder if that is her congregation.

I did contact Jim (Paterson) and Fred (Hirt). Jim and Mary Rose live in Squirrel HIll. Fred & Kathy live not too far away. Both of them are fine.

Lainey and Ken LaFleur are friends of Elizabeth L Frankel on Facebook. Have you two seen her post?

According to the victims' list on NY Times, she is not listed.

While not being on the list is wonderful and hopefully not losing friends as well.
It still has to be a tragic shock to the system so close to home.
If anyone does speak with her, pass along our condolences as a community please.
This is just so wrong.

I haven't seen anything at all. I'll send a message and hope I get a response.

I’m so sorry that I did not see this post earlier so that I could have answered your concerns! I attended Maury’s service when he passed away and it was in Squirrel Hill, but I couldn’t remember the name of the synagogue. Pam (my wife) used to stay in touch with Beth but not as much lately. After we saw the news Saturday morning Pam contacted Beth to make sure that she and her family were ok. Fortunately they attend another synagogue.

This is all such a terrible shame, I don’t understand how a person can cause so much agony to complete strangers because of their faith!

Thanks Bob, for letting us know.
