I'm sure Donna will be very happy with her new horse. The other one is gorgeous.

That's too bad Dave but at least you know that it is going to a good home and you will be able to visit it every now and then.

Thanks; we are going to end up with two. And, if there's any money left over, the balance will be going towards my youngest daughter's marriage in December. All I will have to show for the S is the memories.

I'm oddly sad and happy for you both. Best of luck with whatever vehicle you settle on next.

We just have to be assured that you will not be moving too much of your expertise and social attention from here over to the MG Forums!! Remember, you will always have the mark of the S2000 beast on your forehead, and Vintage will be your home.
You are safe. Most MG owners only recently discovered 8-track tapes. Internet forums

Dave, you can sell your car that's a material thing, but you can't lose your Vintage buddies. I may have an extra seat at Tomcatt that you're more than welcome too.

But dibs on your stuff.

Dave, I understand the reasoning for selling your S, but please don't leave the Vintage Forum.
I enjoy reading your posts which are always full of wit and wisdom, and you are part of the fabric of Vintage.
I consider it an honor to know you and Donna, and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing you both at SF'10.

(p.s. I am interested in knowing what you're selling from your S2k diecast collection)

What an awesome couple!

If it's ok, I'll continue to hang around and pass the time with my Vintage friends.
It's not "OK"....

....Its darned near "mandatory".

You will not be missed....

....because we expect you to continue to be a regular part of our little virtual world.

Glad you were able to sell the S quickly. These relationships are best severed quickly in order to achieve a "clean break".

If I can manage to be serious for a moment...It is a great relief to hear that you plan to stay active in our community, Dave. Your absence would leave a significant hole in the Vintage Forum and in s2ki.
