Have you ever forgotten where you parked in a big lot

Sure, everyone has. I thought this was a slick way to remember if you are at a big sporting event or whatever. You just have to remember to remember to use it.

I have an Apple AirTags in each car just in case.

Except if you're in a multi story lot, then you could still be lost :D

I've had a few incidents that weren't my fault.
Logan airport was expanding the parking garage.
I parked a few cars from the exit of the covered tunnel into the parking area.
I was gone for over a week, when I got back the tunnel dropped me in a totally different are of the garage.
The SOB's moved it.
I had a rental car, some innocuous 2 door rental. In the sodium lamps it just looked grey.
I cam out the next morning to a lot full of innocuous looking rentals. At least it had a remote to lock and unlock.
It's how I finally found it.
Turns out in the daylight it was red.

I've used my remote key to find my car a couple of times but since I no longer park in huge parking lots its a non issue now. I do recall once getting into a car that was identical (almost) to mine and wondering why the key didn't work some years back. It was one of life's embarrassing moments and I'm quite glad no one saw me slinking out of that car and slithering to the right car.

Take out your smart phone and take a picture of the aisle and row marker that most big parking lots have on their light poles. When you come out to get your car simply look at the picture and find that aisle marker

My Subaru's allow you to locate your car on their Subaru App , I am not sure of the resolution but I can see it parked in my driveway so I think it is accurate within 50 feet ?

I wasn't familiar with them. Guess there are some downsides to them.
