hmm so what with you do with 1.6 billion
no one won last mights megamillions.
It's now at a jackpot of 1.6 Billion dollars.
I might actually think about retiring if I hit that.
first go buy a dummy condo to list as my home address....

You might retire?? You would need to manage all that money, decide what exotic vehicle to buy, houses anywhere, vacation anywhere, help your family and needy people. I think these jackpots should be more widespread so 20 or 30 winners could enjoy the good life and not 1 or 2 individuals.

Yes, who needs ALL that money. I would not have enough time to manage all that money, even if I were retired. I'd settle for a few millions. No need to be greedy.

It is truly mind boggling. The lines to buy tix have been insane. People waiting hours.

Odd, I haven't seen lines for tickets anywhere. I walk up to the machine, insert money or a debit card, and buy lottery tickets. Never had more than one person in front of me and if someone was there I would just wait till they were finished. Usually, they would be playing Keno . Of course I would typically buy lottery tickets at the local bar. I just bought some Thursday night.

meanwhile powerball is a paltry $470 mil.hardly worth the effort.
it would be nice to hit the powerball with a 5 way split just before megamillions hits.
you get to quietly slide away with a cash payout of 50 mil or so.
it would certainly be enough to tide me over til my next paycheck.

The good news: I hit powerball!!! 
The bad news: I only got the powerball and missed the other 5...
