Default Honda S660 Drop Top

This little roadster looks like a fun car, but it probably will not be exported to the US.

Probably not viable for North American consumption but I like the way they are thinking.

At least they are thinking about sports cars again. That is a step in the right direction.

"the S660 concept uses a tiny 660 cc, three-cylinder turbocharged gas engine that churns out all of 67 hp to the front wheels."

I've heard CVT too. Not interested.

Stretch it out another foot, put a real engine in it, keep it under 2k pounds, and then we'd have something.

That is what I said in another thread. Less than 2k pounds, 150-200 HP, 6-speed. Then I'll consider it.

Under 2,000 lbs with all of the stuff (10 mph bumpers, side door beams, etc., etc.) demanded by the Feds? Ain't gonna happen, IMHO.

Much like a CR-Z Hybrid Coupe without the top and less power.
