How many times a week do you eat meat?
What are your favorite recipies?
Ever tried beef tongue, tripe, marrow guts? Tongue is great when prepared correctly. Tongue tacos. MMmmmmmmmm good!
What is the most disgusting thing you have eaten? No bugs for me. Haven't tried caviar. Doesn't look good.
Being in the meat business, I have tried all the above and don't mind them. I probably eat meat 7 times a week but vary between beef, pork, chicken, fish and always with a vegetable. I try to (steer) clear of processed foods and cured meats. If I have to eat a hot dog, it's gotta be Kosher. We have nice vegetables in California. How about your area?

Geez! I'm struggling with the temptation to add a few wise-ass (bordering on crude, perhaps?
) comments in this thread. 
For now, it seems my better nature will prevail.

Red meat: about twice a month; we like chicken and other stuff...low in Cholesterol etc
Most disgusting thing eaten: chocolate covered bugs (on a dare in grade school...not bad...crunchy
)
Most exotic meat eaten: zebra, gazelle, crocodile (game park in Africa)
Most disgusting thing AVOIDED: scrapple and "pudding" (PA Dutch specialties)
My father and father-in-law ate all of this stuff... also Pigs Feet Jelly
