All you guys with your little 5'4" gals.
I married a woman I can look up to. At a bit over 6'2" my wife is over 6" taller than me and it's great.
When we're toe to toe my nose is in it and when we're nose to nose my toes are in it.
genghiskdong, you better not let your wife read this. She'll tell Ms CG and I'll get my butt kicked.

CG,
how is life being a real-life toto? It is only appropriate that your wife is 6'2, (about 2 inches above the average height for men) since you are 2 inches SHORT of the average height for LADIES!!!!!
I am going to go cry in the corner and pout, since it seems to be open season on misnomers
BTW, my wife is also quite thin.

I find long drives to be less than comfortable but tolerable. I am 5'6" and my gal friend is too. We hook up like tinker toys. She agrees that long drives like the S2K Sac Days drive were a bit much and she always complains about her hair getting messed up. She cut her hair short and still complains. So now she doesn't like to ride in the S2K as much because the top is always down. That is sad. I have to go by myself a lot these days. It gets so lonely cruising around Santa Cruz California all by myself! The Sac Day run was uncomfortable because we spent most of it trying to keep up with the kids or maintain our placement in the line up. Those kids drive crazy. Traffic, pedestrians, cops, Etc. They didn't care. And yes it was hot. I don't mind the heat but this car is no posh mini van or Accord when it comes to long drives. When I first purchased the car, I found that my lower back and legs hurt on long trips. I think it's a matter of getting the seat adjusted correctly. Electric adjustable seats and steering wheel would correct this problem. I think. Nevertheless, I am stoked with this car. Jazzed jazzed jazzed. I would like to look into purchasing the headrest inserts. I wonder who sells them in my area. Suggestions?

My SO finds the seat lacking in lumbar support. I roll a towel up for her and she seems better for it. I find that if she is nervous about our average speed her mind is taken off of the seat comfort issue.

You're funny!
I find that by not riding as a passenger, I avoid this issue altogether. My SO got his own car!
Seriously, though, I have ridden numerous time as a passenger and did not have any discomfort. I'm 5'7", average build. But I have such a love and passion for the car, I'm sure that has a lot to do with my comfort expectations.
