Default I broke myself.

I'm in ER waiting to learn the results of x-rays. I'm pretty sure the left humorous is broken. Could be some cracked ribs or not. It's all my fault. I was trying to get 5 miles in this morning on my ElliptiGO and crashed hard at the bottom of my driveway on the wet road. So much for riding every day in May. I called my son so he came from work in Boulder to bring me to the ER. Thank goodness for Vicodin. Pain down to a 4 from an 8.

That's bad news, Patty! Here's hoping for a quick recovery. Surprised that you were able to post these pic's.

Ouch! Sorry to hear that! My wife just got over a fracture of the greater tuberosity in her left shoulder. Shoulder/upper arm injuries are no fun!

YIKES! Did you flip it or crash into something? I hope the xrays show minimal damage!

Broke the head of the humerous off the shaft and a piece of the ball broke off, too. Surgery with plates and screws tomorrow, most likely.

I'm surprised they are not recommending a hip replacement.
