And occasionally he does something really smart.
A few playoff games ago --- I forget which one --- one of our guys got nailed by an opposing player who drew a penalty for it.
Our guy attempted to fight that player and Brad stepped in and pushed him away so that he wouldn't also get a penalty.
It's playoff time... we need all the scoring chances we can get....!!!!

CONGRATS TO THE BRUINS! Paul, you had to love that game. I am so impressed with the Bruins hockey sense, speed, puck handling, etc. I see no reason they can't be drinking from the cup this summer. Doing all that tonight with out the big man; impressive. Really a team effort. I sure hope some of that drifts Detroit's way next year.

Yes, congratulations to the B's. 4-0. Carolina's offense looked confused. Their D consistently gave up a lot of real estate close to the goal crease. This isn't how the Hurricanes looked against the Islanders or the Caps.

It seems that Cassidy did a great coaching job!

It has been great to see the first line get going in this series. Also, the power play seems to mean something again. Chara now has plenty of time to heal up. I hope nothing major is wrong with him.

We're going to the STANLEY CUP FINALS.
Had to beat three good teams to get there but we did it.
Never thought we would beat the CAINS 4 straight.

Congrats to the BLUES..... Convincing win last night.
Who would have thought that they'd come from dead last in the league at the start of the year and now be going to the Stanley Cup Finals.

It would have been nice if the SHARKS Joe Thornton could have played for the cup against the team he was captain of for three years so many years ago.
But that isn't going to happen.

GO BRUINS......!!!! It should be a great series.

Everyone should be rested and ready. It will hopefully be a good series. Go Bruins.

BTW, Red Wings future captain had to leave the World Cup game yesterday after taking a hard shot puck in the groin! Ouch. Where's the ice bag?
