Dropped a pound when I got on the scale this morning. Think I've crossed a threshold. Hopefully the weight starts coming off a little faster.

So yesterday I was down to 179 and the morning I was surprised to see 177! I've been walking twice a day for 30 minutes.

Keep on keep'n on.

I've gone totally sideways. I fluctuate between 137 and 139 no matter what extra exercise I do. I refuse to reduce my food intake further. So, I'm just going to say I'm done losing and will hold at this level.

3 weeks in to my low carb diet and I have lost 6.4 pounds. I am slowly losing my cravings for bread, potatoes, and popcorn, but it still takes willpower!

How can you possibly shun popcorn? You must need therapy! It is my absolute "go to" snack. I buy the giant bags of it at Costco and store them in the basement to ensure a steady supply.

On further reading of this, it may be me that needs therapy. Nah......I just need popcorn.

Good for you, Gene!

I think that you are doing this in a very sensible manner.

"Slow and steady wins the race."

I, too, love popcorn, but it is too high in carbs if you binge eat it like I do!

I thought about popcorn last night but the salt makes me retain water and I hate to see that gain the next day. Chocolate on the other hand does not give that side effect.

If I have to give up popcorn then you might as well bury me now!
