Congrats, Harry. I know it's not easy for an already thin guy like you to take off those few extra pounds.

I hit one goal on the scale this AM. Gotta be careful in order to stay there and continue downward trend. Heading out to eat tonight, and I'm taking an elderly friend out for an ice cream cone tomorrow afternoon. BUT the weather is supposed to be decent over the weekend, I'll get plenty of walking in. Hit the Y this AM and got more exercise walking back and forth in the yard and bending, stretching and squatting while planting flowers.

Unfotunately, I have been stuck at the 217/218 range for a couple weeks. At least I'm not gaining! Hope I can kick-start my way back down before Spring Fling.

After 12 days in hotels and a lot of 12 hour work days and restaurant meals and alcohol, 164.7. Well, it could have been worse. Back on the program today. Work-out, here I come.

In spite of over-indulging in food and alcohol during the 3 days of Spring Fling, I was happy to see my scale this morning only 0.4 pounds heavier than before I left! Now to join Bill and seriously get back on the diet.
