I'm back to where I started before SF. I never was a believer but I now think daily weigh-in's do act as a motivator to eat less.

An interesting observation. After exercising this morning I weighed myself again and the number was 160.3. I also had a glass of water before exercising, but still lost .6 pounds in a little over an hour. Exercise certainly helps.

Patting myself on the back. We are in Lexington VA tonight on our way to TN tomorrow. We had a good ride with very little traffic and sunny weather until the last few hours. Lots of sitting, of course. So, for the first time ever, I used a fitness room in the hotel. Got just over 3 miles in on the treadmill, in good time. Hence the pat on the back; I hate the treadmill! Will continue to watch food intake even on vacation. Don't want to find what I've lost.

Post weekend blues. 161.5. I plan to be back to 160.X by tomorrow morning. I really need to get my weekend/travel/Cape Cod binging under control.
