I dropped 5 pounds from just a few days ago; hope to keep going in the right direction.

So I hit the elliptical and the treadmill pretty hard for 45 minutes. Then I did a very short workout with light dumbbells. Then I fell asleep on the couch while I was watching Barrett Jackson. I woke up in time to see a 1971 E-type sell for $160K.

Just spent 50 minutes behind the snow blower. 1st of what will likely be 4 times this weekend. Probably 3/4 mile of walking each time. That counts as exercise right?

Well, I thought I'd "bounce back" a little after that drop, but it wasn't as bad as I expected. 181.4.

I already did the snow blowing and then burned 350 calories on the elliptical and 'mill. Then I brought all the decorations up to the attic and the fake tree down to the basement. I had a bowl of Special K for breakfast and now I have to think about my lunch.
