Rather than state my opinion again, on fasting, it's ^here and has already been bashed. I still stand by it. I lost 10 pounds and will try to lose another 10.

Interesting to see this. I just started a weight reduction campaign two weeks ago. It's modest in numbers because I'm a little guy. My heart issues complicate the project. I need to do long and slow stuff like walking. I want to get from 150 down to 135. I'm down to 145.5 as of today. I'll post my progress.

Spent 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning. 50 sit ups and some arm work with 8lb. dumbbells. Half a bowl of soup and a glass of water for lunch.

A true Caesar salad for lunch followed by a nice warm fresh brownie.so 50-50.
