No. I'm walking at 2.5 to 3 mph for 15 minutes. I did that twice today. All food has to be soft and none of it is really healthy or low in calories.

The muscle that we chew with were all involved in the surgery, on one side anyway. Our jaws hinge right under the ear and the muscles that work that hinge are all attached to the cranium up higher than the jaw hinge.

Put back the pound I just lost. No surprise. Ate a really big meal and couldn't exercise yesterday as we were iced in.

Thought it was something like that. Enjoy the ice cream.

No scale progress to report. I must have some killer quad muscles now been working hard at the Y.......too bad muscles really don't weigh more than fat. A pound is a pound.....
