I dropped to 176.5 this morning. I think walking on the treadmill twice a day is helping me to lose while I'm convalescing.

176.1 this morning. I'm at the point where I don't really have hunger pains. If I have a bit too much at one meal, I eat less at the next.

I'm liking this new diet! Steady loss. The only thing I miss is Pizza.
For occasional snacking, I've found beef jerky works well. Protein with few carbs or sugar, but something I can chew on.

Interesting article on the benefit of walking. It is my hope that when retired, I will attend a Y class daily and also walk whenever weather permits. The walks may be more strolling if camera is in hand, but I just want to keep moving vs sitting.
