168.9. I'm very happy to see no change this morning. After my morning of gorging followed by lunch an hour later, I just stopped eating for the day.
Now I'm off to the elliptical and the treadmill and the weight bench. I hope to get things going i the right direction again.

Still trying to compensate some of the eating with exercise.
Went to a RI Audubon site today. Only walked 3.4 miles, but took some of the difficult trails with rock, and uphill climbs. So we also "climbed" 16 floors to go along with the 3.4 miles. I think I'm going to feel this tomorrow.
We stopped at another area for more walking on flatter land, but no parking spaces left. The nice weather brings people out. Also tried to see the snowy owl again, but same story there. Jammed with people, no parking available.
Stopped and had salads for lunch, with a few extra calories....
