Well, I did, too. They are back. Must have been a blip.

164.4. A minor drop from yesterday. Food is a bigger driver than exercise, at least at my level of fitness and exertion. I’m still not quite down to my low of last week. I have no events this weekend, so I hope I can stay on track.

I’d like to ask all participants to report your total loss to date for a day of recognition and celebration. Feel free to add any other achievements, such as smaller clothes size, improved fitness levels, or diminished health problems. This isn’t a contest so don’t feel you can’t participate if you feel your progress is modest. I’ll happily start.

Total weight lost to date: 30 lbs
pant size drop: 38 to 34
Fitness: 55 minutes combined elliptical and treadmill (3.5 to 4 miles). Graduated to the 20 lb dumbbells for most free weight exercises. Up to 35 sit-ups per set
Health improvements: No more acid reflux, no knee pain, no foot pain.

No big celebration here as that would involve food...but today I hit a THREE pound weight loss. It's not easy. Let's see if I can sustain that over the weekend. I'm logging foods into the fit bit "dashboard" and keeping track of calories in, calories burned....It's not exact science but it gives me an idea. Today's workout was mostly with small weight. More "fat burn" vs steps and cardio, according to the fit bit. I'm hoping to get some cardio or some steps in later today, we will see. Another lousy weather day.

I'll "weigh" in:

Total weight lost to date: 20 lbs
Waist: Down 4 in.
Fitness: No change, just continuing my daily walks
Health: More energy, sleep better, greatly reduced daily alcohol intake

No celebration, like Lainey, got to keep on keeping on.

Down 19 lbs . . new low, once again.
Have not walked in 10 days . . my only exercise . . too busy; need to find the time again.
Pants - no idea, I just tighten the belt more.
Improvements - saved some $ on bourbon/beer and more energy.

Feeling frustrated. I've gained back the pound I lost. Heading into Tuesday's weigh in at the same weight I was two weeks ago.

Also...it's snowing again!!
