Went out Friday night, and Saturday night, and Sunday night. The last one might be the worst. Tried the pizza at a fairly new bar; OMG, we each had four pieces. Also tired a new stout from Short's Brewery - we actually know the the owner who went to Western Michigan Univ with my daughter. Made with peanuts. Very good! Good enough for more than one.
My weekend went better than expected, despite at least one big meal each day and not much organized exercise. From Thursday to Sunday I only exercised on Sunday. 163.7 this morning, so only up .4 pounds after four days of food challenges. Back to it today and no food events in sight for a while.

Great achievement, Gene!
I expected to be down in weight since I'm barely eating but my arm is very swollen and retaining lots of fluid. I know it's not because I've eaten but I'm drinking water like crazy. I'm taking oxycodone and maybe it's side effect. I have a patch for nausea also so who knows what that does.

That all sounds pretty tough, Patty. When do you stop the pain killers? Are you able to walk around or is that too painful still?

I'm cutting back on the oxycodone but won't be off until I don't need any, and I don't know when that will be. I can walk around but I'm dingy, my balance is off and I don't have any stamina. When I can I'll get out there and walk in the neighborhood but the time hasn't come yet.

Bill, you did much better than I. Paid the price for a pig-out weekend. Up 3.

Today was tough. Hosted a birthday lunch for my wife. I had 2 slices of pizza, a Pepsi, and a slice of dark chocolate layer cake with homemade peanut butter frosting. My fault, I made the cake. We have 1/2 the pizza, 1/2 the cake and a dozen donuts left over. (My niece works for Dunkin and supplied the donuts.)

I feel for you. I'm sure it's not easy to be still and hang around.

163.7. I'm at a new plateau. But I think I can break through it today!!
