Progress!! 162.7. Tonight I do my resistance training, so I’m not expecting a loss tomorrow morning.

161.6! This has been my best week in two months. I’ll need to come up with a plan for the rest of the month, though. I’ll be doing some traveling.

Bill, that's great progress. In spite of having a loaded hot dog at the grandson's ball game, then chicken, then a thick pork chop, and finally drinks plus popcorn in the evening I still somehow managed to lose weight to get back to my now normal low weigh this am.

Good job, Bill and the rest of you. 6-7 weeks and I'm down four, and the caloric consumption is spartan. Have I said that before? I've been to the Y, I've strolled around the nature trail, and I think I'll go to Zumba to earn a few more calories. I'm trying to keep track. PS getting sick of vegetables.

Bill, I hope you don't mind, but I took the liberty of graphing your weight loss journey since you started posting about it. I think a picture is worth a thousand words, as the saying goes, but seeing your results so far is something you should be proud of!
Since you started posting, you have averaged losing 0.218 pounds per day, compared to my 0.202, so we are pretty close to the same rate, but I still have a lot further to go than you. Well done!
