Default Indycar 2018

Thought I'd start a thread to track the series this year.

Wow, that was some start for the year. Great to see they have made it more of a 'driver's' car rather than a video game. Got'a feel the pain of Wickens. Bourdais certainly has shown me more guts than I believed he had. Good finish for Rahal; hope he has a good year.

Got home for the end of the race, that was an action packed end.

The end was a bummer for Wickens.

I know it takes big balls to be a race car driver but Rossi’s are really big IMHO as he blames Wickens for the collision! Wickens said “Honestly, I knew it wasn’t going to be over until it was over, but I just hate how the day ended. I expect more from Alex. I thought we would have had a good fight.” Sad when the rookie shows more class.

Indycar's race today was stopped and will restart on Monday. I've read at least 3 or 4 different starting times - everything from 10am, 11am, Noon, etc.

Bama weather made it interesting at the end. JN is living up to the buildup Indycar is giving him. I'd like to have a couple beers with him and Rahal.
