I try to get back to sleep with it on my face but most times I'm not able to do it. I take it off and I fall asleep a few minutes later. Some nights I'll wake up again between 4 and 5 am and I'm pretty much done for the night. Other nights I sleep until 6 or 6:30. My wife says I'm not snoring as much at night. I'm thinking that I may snore after I take it off, but who knows? One interesting thing I've noticed is that I don't seem to suffer from acid reflux when I use the CPAP. I'm not sure if it has just been coincidence this past week, or if there is a connection.

I need to call the supplier and tell them my experience and see if there is some adjustment needed. I'm supposed to keep it on for four hours a night or insurance won't pay for it. I think I made it to four hours one night out of seven.

Bottom line is that I'm still feeling very tired. I think I need to lose weight and exercise.
Well that's disappointing. I'm sorry the CCRAP didn't work out better for you.

I'm still swinging away at it, Patty. The support team called today to see how I was doing. The thing has a modem of some kind and communicates with the shop. They knew I was having problems with it. They made some adjustments from their office based on my problems. I'll see how it goes tonight.

Jerry, the mask covers the nose and mouth. I tried a nose pillow during the introduction, but that won't work for me. I'm a mouth breather, so no choice.

I'll be honest the nose only ones aren't much better.
I'm getting ready to give mine back.

Crap, Bill. I'm just heading to bed but after wine and a boring movie/DVD I didn't finish, I think I'll sleep well.
