For a stretch, I ate so much (good, bad, and tough) beef jerky, that between that, and some bad Horn form, I got TMJ. That said, the Krave brand was a favorite, along with, like Bill said, anything homemade/locally made.

My love of dried meat products still lives on in salamis and meat sticks. When GF_Trunkie heads back to Wisconsin, she usually comes back with another batch of venison landjaegers from another new local person.
