Default Job choice - revisited

I've posed this question before but did not go into enough detail. I want opinions from the older crowd (30's-60's). I currently have 2 job options and with the economy the way it is, the balancing act between happiness and stability has become more and more difficult.

Job #1
1) Extremely high paced and exciting
2) Lots of upward mobility
3) Engaging intellectually
4) Prestigious (for it's field)
5) Chances for injury - higher than average
Pay - $63,00 (but with overtime I made $96,000 last year)
Retirement (25 years) - 50% of average of 4 best years
Medical benefits - $600 a month for whole family
Medical Benefits upon retirement - yes for self and spouse, 50% for dependents until 26 years old
Contributions to pension - 12% of pay every paycheck
Pension is currently funded at 67%
This "organization" struggles to get into the black every year, if it declares bankruptcy, then all benefits will be wiped out

Job #2
1) Slow paced
2) No upward mobility
3) Not as engaging intellectually
4) Not Prestigious
5) Chances for injury - little to none
Pay - $80,000 (typically 10-15K of overtime a year)
Retirement (20 years) - 50% of base pay, with 3% increase for every year after 20 (i.e. working 30 years = 80% retirement), overtime does not factor into pension.
Medical Benefits - $250 a month for whole family
Medical Benefits upon retirement - Yes for whole family with dependents until age 25
Contributions to pension - 0%, but social security contributions are a must
Other benefits - Institution will pay 50% of college tuition for each child every year.
Pension is 100% funded
This organization has 18 Billion Dollars in it's budget, ZERO chance of bankruptcy

I currently work job #1 and have $12K in additional income a year.

What would you do?
