Default Let's play the "Price is Right"

I am curious if people from around the country can guess what my next door neighbors 734 Square Foot cottage just sold for? It is the last original floor plan house on the street that was built in 1952 (with an out house back then). It sits on 1/2 acre lot.

Our house has been added onto twice. The first time in 1985 before we bought it and then we added a two plus garage and a four season room.

So what do you think the 734 Sq Ft house sold for?

Depends where it is, the lot is probably worth more without the house.

Well, Clifton, VA is a very desirable area. But I'll let others guess, since I have a pretty good idea. Err on the high side!

with Dave's price range.

But since he said 250, I'll go to 275K. Location, location, plus the 1/2 acre lot is worth something.

A one bedroom house just down the street from us, on small lot sold for $227K. Prices are nuts.
