In Estes Park, probably three-quarters of the police reports of this nature are for DUI sorts of things. Anything felonious makes headlines, and that's not very often at all.

A recent edition had a blip about a woman who went into the emergency room at the hospital and wanted her stomach pumped. The reason? She had eaten too much. She became unruly when they said no and the police were called to remove her.

I love the rural charm. Thankfully it is easy enough to escape all that rural charm with easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc.
