These radicals prey on large gatherings where more people will be killed or injured. So sad, just kids having fun. What world.

Extremely sad...and add sick to that too. Why target anyone, let alone young children? None of this makes any sense.

They are targeting the soft targets because the people gathered there are easy prey. Security has been tightened up significantly in the more "political" venues. ISIS and Al Qaeda are suffering significant losses on their home turf and elsewhere, so they are desperate to keep their names in the news by any means possible. Unfortunately, more innocent people suffer as a result.

That makes sense as far as why they chose that venue. Obviously they couldn't care any less about who suffers and dies but do want to be in the headlines.
