It is. I moved some IRA money around some time ago, into fixed (CD's and bonds vs equity) so this hit is not quite as painful as the last one. Still, I hate to see it ($) go. 
What goes up, must come down. If one keeps $ in the stock market, one has to remember that you don't need ALL the money in that account today. It has time to recover.

Me, I am mad that I didn't jump in when it hit the low 150's as I was really looking for a 140's handle. Who knows.........this stuff keeps up it might just get back to that target buy price.

I got the note from my money manager that on top of adding exposure to mining and mineral exploration stocks, they, this week, added increased exposure to tech and energy.
