This market loss will all come back, it is just sad that it affects the lives of average people who bank on a stable reliable economy. Get rid of the uncertainty with two wars going on, get fuel prices back down, get Venezuela back to some form of a stable country and don't let Cuba spiral out of control. That only leaves one unknown variable which is China. Fat boy Kim Jong Un will never have the power to affect the world economy he is just starving for attention. Get North American Free Trade back on track, don't let the American farmers go bankrupt any further than they have in the past 12 months. In three years time the rest of the world will feel better about dealing with a reliable and more consistent USA, it may be a bumpy ride until then.

I've been watching gold prices since I've decided to unload some jewelry like Lainey's friend did. It's up a bit from last week closing today at almost $4,700. In the last month is was up to about $5,230.

 

I'm old enough to remember gold at around $35/oz.
