If you are going to be in Phila., I would suggest Cape May, if you want to see a coastal town (about a 90 min drive from Phila.). I will not be down there during this time or I would be most willing to guide you. The wineries in the area are on "off-season" hours, so I am not sure when all are open. If you think you might head in that direction, PM me and I can give you guidance on activities and restaurants.

So we ending up going to C.T. wine country and stayed at the Inn at Stonington. Nice little town, went and had lunch at the Ocean House and then took time to come back and visited with Carol & Roy. Head out today. I do need to fight a toll, got charged twice for going over the GW Bridge and one of the charges was while I was in CT

We live in MA, and recently put Stonington, CT on our list of places to visit.

Glad you enjoyed your trip.
