These are pics from the +1's Richmond trail run over the weekend. It was fun except for all the mud from the storms. Thurs evening the organizers provided all the fixins to make s'mores. There were over 300 teams running 24 hours straight - each team member ran three legs. He had to throw out one pair of running shoes, but was able to buy another one.
