I wished I knew, I don't even know where to start. I know we should be looking at dealerships before it starts snowing. But instead we keep trucking along killing time like yesterday's drive to Grand Rapids to spend the day at a city wide art festival with friends. The best part was the hour-half drive home late at night with the top down in a 58 year old car and the temps in the 50s. We had the road all to ourselves with the biggest concern being deer. Got home at 11:30pm, and patted the car, saying thanks again.

I've lived with old cars so long I've no idea where to begin. Maybe at the Honda or Ford dealer.

Update: The Dent Guy is a miracle worker! I have never had any PDR work done before, but all I can say is WoW! Wish I had taken before and after photos. He took out the nasty ding that was on the body line on the driver's rear wheel arch, removed a lesser ding on the passenger door, and worked on a ripple in the passenger rear wheel arch where it looked like the PO kissed a garage door frame. Both dings are completely gone...no evidence that they ever existed. He warned me that the ripple wouldn't be perfect. He massaged the high spots, but could not do the low spots due to the inner fender panel obstructing access. The ripple is 85% gone and no one would notice it if I didn't point it out. This 7-8 year old car looks like new!

Count us in as folks who love top down driving at night. Not so sure about doing said drive in a 58 year old car...you rock, Dave, as does Mrs. Dave.

We have used PDR a few times on the S. It's pretty amazing. We have one area now that is more a crease than a ding. It is driving Rick nuts, but PDR won't work for it, and a repair was more $$ than we were ready to spend when we just had a bumper re-spray. Rick will be driving the car this winter. Perhaps in the spring, we'll get it tended to. The fact that the hood is no longer the color of the fenders is also bugging him. It really looks purple "ish".
