Tony Sirico has died at the age of 79. As Paul Gualtieri otherwise known as Paulie Walnuts because he held up a truck containing walnuts thinking it had TVs was one of my favorite characters on the Sopranos. He brought comic relief to the show but in fact he was the only person on the show who was actually a gangster and did jail time before he discovered acting.

RIP Tony , he played the character perfectly on the Sopranos, always good for a laugh. The walnut story is funny enough.

 

May his shoelaces always stay dry.

 

Being a real life gangster he was lucky that he never slept with the fishes.

 

He made the show. Best episode was when he and Christopher got lost in the woods with the van. They were freezing their a$$es off. Tony finally found them.
