Actually my favorite car movie is really a truck movie, "They Drive By Night" (1940) with Humphrey Bogart and George Raft

My next two favorite car movies are motorcycle movies, "Easy Rider" and "The Fastest Indian"

After that, "Rush", "LeMans" and "Gran Prix" and best of all "Cars"

Bullitt was pretty good too, if only Steve McQueen in the car chase.
