Pilot lands safely after going blind in mid air
A British pilot who was suddenly blinded by a stroke during a solo flight was talked safely down by a military pilot, the Royal Air Force said Friday.
Jim O'Neill asked for help after he was went blind 40 minutes into a flight from Scotland to southeastern England last week.

Saw this on the news, quite amazing, took him four passes to get it down safely.

BTW, it states that he bounced it off the run way three times. Sounds like a few of the landings that I have had back in the days when I was learning to fly.

Thanks for posting Lainey, truely an amazing feat, that guy has nerves of steel.
I'm with ya Matt, I think everyone has had a few of those ... one time I side loaded it and bounced it so bad I had to look down to see if the gear was still there.
