Happy New Year! I'm wide awake. The +1 is still sleeping. Went to bed at 3 and woke up at 6:30. Had a great time and danced the night away. Best rooms were the reggae, latin and the euro nightclub. The Willard is a gorgeous hotel.
Met some interesting young people last night. One guy is studying parasitic wasps and their effects on crops. His gf is in vet school. They are also ballroom dancers and very good.

Mary Rose and I celebrated with three other couples. Just had to walk across the street. Good food and Drink and we played some Cards against Humanity and Heads Up. Home by 1am. Will have the traditional pork and Sauerkraut for Dinner. Looking forward to 2019 and Mary Rose retiring in June after teaching for 40 years. Hope to see many of you at Spring Fling. Happy and Healthy New Year to all.
