I was aching a lot this week. My sinuses were oK but I just hurt.
So I starting banging the Allegra this week and it seems to have helped.... or not, maybe whatever was causing pain just went away.

If you want an update, I feel like crap today.... woke up with a sore throat but nothing like a few drinks to help it tonight but still this allergy stuff sucks.

I'm an avid cyclist and this year in Delaware it is bad. I take Zyrtec and it really helps. Watery eyes on a bike is not good

Although these don't (I think) cause allergies, the oak trees have been shedding these tassel-like things like crazy today: (The deck was completely clear yesterday!)

I'm not sure if I'm sick or having allergies. I had to leave work early on Friday. It rained last night and I felt a little better today. Claratin and Benedryl did not help.
