Shooting stars! So awesome! I was in the spa tonight and saw seven shooting stars, towards the western horizon, over about 25 minutes! I just didn't want to go in and miss more so I dried off and went out on the north side of the house and saw another one.

No wonder! Tonight is the peak for the Geminid meteor shower, large moon or not.

^ No shooting star photos but I did get some Christmas lights.

One of the nice things about Christmas is you can feel you are important. We ordered an item from UNTUCKit and they have become good friends. Yesterday they sent us an email ad at 8am, another at 12:30pm, another at 4:30pm, and a fourth at 5:30pm.

They love you like family Dave, always asking for money.

I was swimming at the Y when everyone was told to get out of the pool. Apparently someone fainted in dry sauna room. An ambulance came a few minutes later. I hope nothing serious happened.

saunas and heart condition /high blood pressure aren't a good mix.

Years ago, I'd enjoy sitting in a hot tub. No more. Can't take the heat. There is a sauna at the Y. I've never been in it.

We've been on vacation to a number of nice resorts that had hot tubs on our balcony or in the hotel room, but my wife refuses to use them, so they go to waste. Menopause has hit her hard in the last 2 years, I can't even cuddle with her in bed, she is always hot lol. Her sister is one year younger and has it even worse than my wife, she sleeps with bedroom window wide open in winter and the heat turned off, her poor husband freezes, not something I would do though.

When I had menopause I wasn't aware of why I was so hot but my nightgown would be soaking wet and my sheets were too. I'd go get a towel to put on the sheets after changing my nightgown. My husband told me he had icicles hanging off his nose with me having my window open. He's now with a woman who runs cold like he does and I'm seeing a man who runs hotter than I do, with or with out menopause.

Yeah my wife will get the sweats in bed too, I keep telling her to sleep nude but she doesn't fall for my tricks lol
