Sirius XM
I have it in both of my vehicles right now, and I have had it in all of my vehicles for years. It is more expensive in Canada, like all other things. If Howard Stern doesn't renew his next contract then I may eventually cancel it, as I mainly listen to Stern. I do have to take the all access service level to get Stern which is more expensive.
As an alternative, if your car has Bluetooth, you can always listen to Pandora. There are a number of music stations I listen to on Pandora even with the lifetime subscription I have to SiriusXM.

When it comes to music we like the best - doo wop and R&R from 50s & 60s Pandora is way better than Sirius. I was extremely disappointed when the wife got Sirius and heard the crap they play on the so-called 50 & 60's stations. Instead of the top 100 songs, they play the bottom 100 songs or remakes of the top 100 by not-original artists. Its clear they do not want to pay the royalties to original top artists.

Do not think I have ever turned on a local station in the S or the Fiat in years. SiriusXM all the time in the cars, GPS for traffic and Sirius for no commercials
And who owns PANDORA
