I really don't see what the fuss is about. They are banning ads, not junk food itself. And only on public transportation. Given the contribution junk food consumption ultimately makes to publicly funded health care, this seems entirely reasonable. And I doubt anyone will go "Oh, I don't see a McDonald's ad on the bus today. They must have gone out of business." Big brother is doing lots of other things that deserve far more concern. That's why I keep plenty of aluminum foil on hand.

Yes, but in moderation. I indulge once in a while, why, because I can. I'm healthy, mind my weight gain and my Doc is happy with the numbers for cholesterol, diabetes, blood pressure etc. Just got back from Happy Hour at the beach with no regrets.
