Hey, driving in the "wee hours" ( 02:00-6:00 ) should have NO traffic and few gendarmes for the first 1/3 of your trip
Now, I just wish that you could pick up Levi [NNY S2k] on the way. I've asked him but he says...as usual...."I have to work"

I had my S corner balanced and aligned today with my new PSS-9 Bilsteins coil overs. I'm a happy driver, again. Darin, at West End Alignment who did it, checked out my tires and his opinion is that I don't need to worry about the tires, and that they should be fine.

Lainey, I know the tires are fine, right now. I also know that low tread in a very wet turn is asking for trouble. I don't care what anyone tells me, I normally replace my tires before others think I need to. I'm still going to consider getting some new ones along the trip if they seem to be getting lower than I am comfortable with. I know I tend to get more tire mileage when it's just lots of straight highway miles, and that's what I'll be wracking up for this trip.

Patty if you want to order the tires and have them shipped to my warehouse that's fine. I can have them put on by a tire place by the office. Whatever works for you
