...Which means, that if we want to get there around 14:00,(2.00 p.m.) we'll have to leave around 02:00 A.M.
Quite a long drive per se,but we will be there.

Hey, driving in the "wee hours" ( 02:00-6:00 ) should have NO traffic and few gendarmes for the first 1/3 of your trip
Now, I just wish that you could pick up Levi [NNY S2k] on the way. I've asked him but he says...as usual...."I have to work"

I had my S corner balanced and aligned today with my new PSS-9 Bilsteins coil overs. I'm a happy driver, again. Darin, at West End Alignment who did it, checked out my tires and his opinion is that I don't need to worry about the tires, and that they should be fine.

I'm glad to hear you're happy with the Bilsteins Patty.
Especially since mine are in a box 5 feet from me.

It's not like you can avoid the bad weather while on a road trip.

Patty get another tire opinion, or two. We thought ours "should be" fine before our Canadian road trip, and well, you know what happened. I can't blame the tires, but if they were newer, maybe .................

I'm still going to consider getting some new ones along the trip if they seem to be getting lower than I am comfortable with. I know I tend to get more tire mileage when it's just lots of straight highway miles, and that's what I'll be wracking up for this trip.

Lainey, I know the tires are fine, right now. I also know that low tread in a very wet turn is asking for trouble. I don't care what anyone tells me, I normally replace my tires before others think I need to.

Glad you'll get some tires along the way.

Patty if you want to order the tires and have them shipped to my warehouse that's fine. I can have them put on by a tire place by the office. Whatever works for you
