Sorry to hear about this but glad there were no injuries. My wife was rear ended and after a few days she had severe back pain which required therapy. We didn't sign off on anything until the medical bills were covered and she was fully recovered. The vehicle damage was also taken care of. So make sure there are no after effects from this is my advice. Damn hit and run drivers, seems to be happening a lot more these days. I'm glad that good samaritan got the license No.
