For those who like fishing and the ocean...
 

My fishing and on-line friend Joey makes an annual photo montage of his fishing exploits. He is an avid fisherman and a pretty darn good photographer as well. Several of his pictures have been published in fishing magazines. When people ask me "but what will you do if you retire before your are 65?" I think of the fishing life Joey lives while he is still working in the medical field and just smile. Here is his 2017 montage.

He doesn't have a charter business, Dave. He has two or three boats and goes fishing almost every day while still working in health care.

Some very nice stripers being caught. My favorite fish to catch and eat.

They fish out of Rhode Island, Gene. The in-shore pictures are all around Narragansett Bay. I could not name all the bridges and inlets you seen the photos. We fish in the same areas off-shore, but it is just open ocean so I can't say for sure where he took the pictures of the whale and dolphins. Somewhere south of Block Island and Martha's Vineyard.

Lots of shorts in those photos. They enjoy catch and release. I tend to leave the are after I've landed two or three of them.

Sending this to my buddy in Punta Gorda, Fla. He just won the Master Angler award down there. He caught lots of Snapper, Grouper, Tarpon, Drum etc. He is doing a 4 day off shore trip in April in some very deep water. He needs an electric reel to fish those depths.
