So Tiger had another accident and was charged with a DUI. He has had a careless personal life starting with getting chased with a 9 iron by his gorgeous ex wife for screwing pancake hostesses and many others. Then he avoids death by driving too fast after a tournament. He is a womanizer just like his father was. On the course he has been one of the best, but not so nice to the spectators who pay to see him play or acknowledge many kids who see him as a role model. He has his mafia entourage following him on every hole. Jack Nicklaus had more class and demeanor than Tiger ever had. Jack won 18 majors in his career. Tiger won 15. That is the true measure of who is the best of all time.He may be a hero to some but to me he is an arrogant loser.

A man with addiction problems , must be a sad role model for children.

I can't help but think that the relationship with his father has affected him for his entire life. People who lack a normal childhood seem to get out of control in adult life. I can think of a few stars that fall under that category. I've gone through it to some degree but I have not suffered or acted up as a result of it. But I can somewhat relate as why people do it.

He is a troubled person who I think will continue to be troubled, if his past is any indication. Something like an extended time in jail and/or rehab seems to be called for. He needs a wake-up call that he is not getting.

He blew a 0.0 on a breathalizer. But he did refuse to take a urin test, which is his right. He clearly is overmedicatede. But given his injury history, he porobably does suffer a lot of pain. And given an overly compliant star struck doc, the result isn't surprising.

Consider that retired NFL players misuse pain medication at nearly three times the rate of the general population, with many suffering from long-term opioid addiction, severe pain, and depression.

I'm not saying Woods is a great role model but tha's a job he never signed up for. And compared to our local hero, Bret Favre, Woods is a saint. Point is, maybe we should offer sympathy rather than judgement.

Like Charles Barkley said, "I'm not a role model. Just because I dunk a basketball, doesn't mean I should raise your kids". Parents should raise and role model their kids, not some celebrity. Regardless what someone thinks about Woods, he changed the game, but..... he's still an A-hole.

hmmmm, great question. By all accounts he should, Police on site, they report him being under the influence, the car is flipped over, seems like an open and shut case. But he is famous, he has the best lawyers in America, and he is in Florida , lots of influence to get him off the hook once again, maybe even Trump could go to bat for him with the prosecutor. I say he gets off the hook with a big donation to a local group, and community service, and a commercial for not driving drunk, lol.
