I'd heard about National Prime Rib Day. The day to tell my boss to F off is as soon as I can land a new job at a salary that I should be earning. I get interviews, yet the competition is tough. I've had no offers in over 4 years.

for some reason I found the prime rib day more... uhm ... well... comforting.

I did not celebrate "Prime Rib Day." Years ago while on vacation in Disney we were on a Gold Key Plan. Three meals per day included. I was on a Prime Rib kick. At the end of the week, however, one was served to me a bit too rare. For whatever reason, it turned me off of Prime Rib for good. While I still eat red meat, (not too red) I haven't touched a piece of prime rib for over 20+ years!

Let me know when National Chocolate Day is....I celebrate chocolate daily, and I'd like a good excuse for my consumption!
